Data entry forms had different fields for each assignment. The form had to be dynamic based on the conditions and pre-requisites. The app also required offline and online data storage and sync.
A Scalable Solution
Developed client side engine to generate the dynamic forms. Designed database to store online as well offline data which was synced when the device had internet connectivity. It was made sure that the data is always consistent on server and app front.
A Final Result
An app improving individual and in turn organisations productivity. Reducing errors in reporting. Reducing delay in in reporting status update for any ticket. A platform which is flexible enough to be used for various services and products.
